Room rates are subject to a 15% occupancy tax (9% city plus 6% state). The single rate of $85.00 will be honored for all physicist's accompanied by their spouse by phoning Monica Jordan direct at 361-886-3504 at the Omni Hotel. The single rate with spouse is the only exception to the double occupancy rate.

The Sherwood 2003 Conference confirms the following group rates (net of the 15% tax):

Transportation:
Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is provided by the Omni Hotel. Near the baggage claim area, pick up the Omni courtesy phone for a direct line to the hotel to schedule ground transportation to the Omni Bayfront Tower Hotel.

Directions:
From Corpus Christi International Airport drive east on Highway 44 to Highway 358 North, turn left to drive north. Turn right onto Interstate Highway 37 to Shoreline Boulevard. Turn right on Shoreline, the Omni Bayfront Tower is located on the right at 900 Shoreline Boulevard.
