Conference Fees

Pre-Registration must be received by Thursday, April 10 to receive the lowest regular registration fee of $190. To Pre-Register download the form, print and fill it out, and mail it with your fee payment to the address indicated on the form. Make check payable to UT-Austin, in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

  • Regular Fee = $190
  • Student Fee = $50
  • Retired/Unemployed Fee = $50
  • One-Day Regular Fee = $90

On-site (after April 10)

  • Regular Fee = $240
  • Student Fee = $50
  • Retired/Unemployed Fee = $50
  • One-Day Regular Fee = $120

Registration Cancellation Policy

Requests for registration refunds must be received in writing by Friday, April 25 (either fax to 512-471-6715 or email to sherwood2003@plasma.ph.utexas.edu). All refunds will be assessed a $35 cancellation fee.

On-site Registration Hours

The meeting registration desk will be located in the Ballroom Preassembly, Third Level, Omni Corpus Christi Hotel, Bayfront Tower.

Registration hours are as follows:

  • Sunday, April 27 18:00 to 21:00
  • Monday, April 28 7:30 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 17:00
  • Tuesday, April 29 7:30 to 11:30
  • Wednesday, April 30 7:30 to 10:00
