*Abstract Text (2000 characters max.):

The Sherwood Conference is organized for educational and scientific purposes. The objective of the Conference shall be the communication of recent results in the physics of controlled fusion energy. Papers are solicited on the following topics:

  • Plasma equilibrium, stability, and transport
  • Physics of the plasma edge and divertor region, including plasma surface interactions
  • Plasma production, fueling, heating, and current drive
  • Analytic and computational methods for modeling plasmas
  • Integrated modeling of fusion plasmas

Participants are asked to categorize their presentations by the areas of configuration improvement and/or the areas of plasma science, which can be addressed by exploratory plasma research. Of course, any improvement must be achieved while maintaining adequate confinement. Please select one category in the list below for your abstract.

Special Instructions (200 characters max.):
Group abstract placement must be specified in numerical order.

Note: After your abstract has been submitted and the title appears on the Proceedings page you have the option to upload a PDF version of your presentation by clicking on “Add files”. A link will be provided on your confirmation page.
