Hotel Policies
Late Arrival
Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in a no-show charge of one night's guestroom deposit. If you know you will arrive after 3:00 PM, contact the Hyatt to discuss the delayed-arrival policy.
Reservation Cancellation
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to check in (3:00 PM Pacific Time) to avoid cancellation charges equal to one night’s room and tax. Remember to request a cancellation number.
