Pre-Registration Deadline: Monday, March 21, 2016
Final Registration Deadline (increased registration fees): Thursday, March 31, 2016

No On-Site Registration: All participants must register online with a major credit card number and expiration date by Thursday, March 31, 2016. The method of payment is via credit card. Click here to enter your registration information and pay your registration fee. Registrations received after Thursday, March 31, 2016 will not be processed.

Food and Drink: Registration fees include morning and afternoon coffee breaks and one banquet (dinner) ticket. The fees do not include breakfast, lunch, or other dinners. Additional banquet tickets (for non-registered companions) will cost $60 each and can be purchased during online registration. We will do our best to accommodate your special dietary restrictions.

Cancellations and Refunds: Requests for cancellation of your 2016 registration with a refund must be emailed to Chris Hegna (cchegna@wisc.edu) by the close of business on Thursday, March 31, 2016 (Central Time). No registration refunds will be possible for requests made after Thursday, March 31, 2016. All refunds will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for cancellation.
