Online Registration: register here to enter your registration information and pay your registration fee. On-Site Registrants will be required to register through the online portal at the Late Registration Fee.
Note: If you submitted an abstract for Sherwood 2024 you must register here for the Sherwood Conference.

* DOE will cover a portion of the Retired/Emeritus and the Student registration fees to encourage participation for these specified individuals.
Food and Drink: Registration fees include one reception, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and one banquet dinner ticket. Registration fees do NOT include breakfast, lunch, or other dinners, or transportation costs. Additional banquet tickets (for non-registered companions) will cost $85 each and can be purchased during online registration. For the banquet, if you have special dietary restrictions please note them in the Special Needs Requests box on the registration page. We will do our best to accommodate your request. The additional banquet ticket for non-registered companions does NOT include the receptions and coffee breaks.
Cancellations: Cancellations requests must be emailed to conferences@utk.edu by close of business on May 4, 2024 (Eastern Time). No registration refunds will be accepted for requests made after May 4, 2024. All refunds will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for cancellation.
