Early Registration Deadline: April 1, 2026 (up to 11:59 PM Mountain Time)
Late Registration Deadline: April 29, 2026 (up to 11:59 PM Mountain Time)
On-site Registration: April 27-29, 2026

Online Registration: register here to enter your registration information and pay your registration fee. On-Site Registrants will be required to register through the online portal at the Late Registration Fee.

Note: If you submitted an abstract for Sherwood 2026 you must register here for the Sherwood Conference.

Registration Fees (One banquet dinner ticket included with each fee.)

* DOE/Sherwood will cover a portion of the Retired/Emeritus and the Student registration fees to encourage participation for these specified individuals.

**At the time of registration, please note the specific day you are registered for (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday).

Food and Drink: Registration fees include one reception, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and one banquet dinner ticket. Registration fees do NOT include breakfast, lunch, or other dinners, or transportation costs. Additional banquet tickets (for non-registered companions) will cost $100 each and can be purchased during online registration. Please note any special accommodations/needs on the registration form. We will do our best to accommodate your request. The additional banquet ticket for non-registered companions does NOT include the receptions and coffee breaks.

Cancellations: Cancellations requests must be emailed to meeting-sherwood26@lanl.gov by close of business on Friday, April 23, 2026 (Mountain Time). No registration refunds will be accepted after Friday, April 23, 2026. All refunds will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for cancellation.
