If you are reserving a hotel guest room starting Saturday to Wednesday each attendee will need to call the hotel directly to receive the Sherwood rate.

Note: Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.875%. Rates will be available three days prior April 15 and three days after April 17, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

Group Government Rate:
A limited number of guest rooms per night are available on April 14, 15 and 16, 2019 at the prevailing government rate. You must show your official government ID at check-in. PPPL will provide The Westin Hotel with a list of designated government employee registrant’s names who are indicated as government employees. If you qualify for the governemtn rate please complete this form to request a price adjustment.
