* DOE will cover a portion of the Retired/Emeritus and the Graduate Student registration fees to encourage participation for these specified individuals.

**One Day registrants please select the day of the week you will attend the conference.

Food and Drink: Registration fees include one reception, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and one banquet dinner ticket. Registration fees do NOT include breakfast, lunch, other dinners, or transportation costs. Additional banquet tickets (for non-registered companions) will cost $75 each and can be purchased during online registration. For the banquet, if you have special dietary restrictions please note them in the Special Needs Requests box on the registration page. We will do our best to accommodate your request. The additional banquet ticket for non-registered companions does NOT include the receptions and coffee breaks.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be emailed to Jennifer Jones, Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (jjones@pppl.gov) by close of business on Friday, April 12, 2019 (Eastern Time). No cancellation requests will be accepted after this date. All cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for cancelling.

*Tours are full as of April 1* PPPL Tours: Tours of some of the PPPL facilities will be offered mid-day on Tuesday during Sherwood 2019. These facilities are located in the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. A bus will be provided for tour participants, you will meet the bus outside the Westin Hotel. Bus pickup will be announced at the conference. Sign up for the PPPL tours here. You MUST complete the form to secure your entrance to PPPL for the tour.
